These terms apply to all photography services provided by Luisa Marie Stoll.
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement. A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure the date. Full payment is due according to the terms stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur reminder fees in accordance with Swedish law.
2. Cancellations
If the client cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, 50% of the agreed fee is due. In case of cancellation after work has already commenced, the photographer is entitled to compensation for work performed and expenses incurred. The booking fee, if paid, is non-refundable.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
The photographer retains full copyright to all images. Private clients receive non-commercial usage rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Any commercial use requires separate written agreement.
4. Liability
Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Force Majeure
The photographer is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including illness, equipment failure, weather, or force majeure).
6. Delivery & Archiving
Delivery timelines are agreed individually. The photographer is not obligated to store image files beyond 12 months after delivery.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be subject to Swedish jurisdiction.
